Please Note: If a boat reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time, you are responsible for 50% of the boat rental fee. If a boat reservation is cancelled the day of the scheduled departure time, you are responsible for 100% of the boat rental fee. Late arrivals will be charged the full rental rate. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will make every effort to re-rent that boat for you, in an attempt to help minimize or eliminate your cost of the boat rental fee.
The week of Christmas, the week of New Years , our cancellation policy is 7 full days due to the tremendous demand during those time periods. Again, We will make every effort to re-rent that boat for you, in an attempt to help minimize or eliminate your cost of the boat rental fee.
